FAQ
Common questions about Home Watch service.
Is Home Watch the same as a home inspection?
No. Home Watch is a scheduled visual observation of readily apparent conditions while you are away. It is not a licensed home inspection, appraisal, security service, or guarantee against loss or damage.
What happens if you notice a problem?
We document what we observe, notify you, and follow the authorization and emergency instructions established for your property. Contractor or emergency coordination may involve additional charges depending on the plan and time required.
Can you meet a contractor at my house?
Yes, when arranged in advance. Limited vendor access may be included in higher-tier plans; extended waiting or coordination time is billed separately.
Can I book a one-time check?
Yes. A one-time home check is available for shorter trips or for homeowners who want to try the service before choosing a recurring plan.
Do you make repairs?
We are positioned to identify, document, notify, and coordinate within your authorization. Repairs should be performed by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when required.
Will I receive photos?
Yes. The service is designed around documented visits with photos and concise digital notes.
